dark chocolate brownie
This is our dark chocolate brownie recipe, perfect for an evening dessert with vanilla ice cream.
Oil a 9 inch by 13 inch pan.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Mix together:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter (we microwave 22 seconds, then 11 seconds)
- 10 squares of Trader Joe's 70% chocolate bar (4.5 ounces)
- 1 tsp ground coffee
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup teff flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup dutch processed (alkalized) powdered cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
Mix well. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
