This is our simplest recipe. And, unlike most store-bought frozen yogurts, there are no strange hard-to-pronounce preservatives or chemicals here!
In a blender combine:
Blend the fruit and sugar.
If the fruit is blackberries or raspberries, remove seeds after blending with a fine mesh colander or strainer.
Mix in the yogurt with a spatula, don't blend it.
Put into your ice cream maker and run it!
Makes 1 quart.
