Blender Ice Cream (Mango)

A fruity blender ice cream recipe that involves actual milk and heavy cream. Ready in mere seconds!

In a blender add:

• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 bananas
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp coconut flour
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup frozen mango pieces
• 1/2 cup frozen spinach
• 1 1/2 cups ice (we use 10 ice maker pieces)

Blend on the Ice Crush setting.

Our kids like this as much as vanilla, and it is healthier. Sprinkles go nicely on it too.
