Dried Beans in an Instant Pot
We have an Instant Pot Duo.
In the pot combine:
- 4 cups dried beans (rinsed)
- 8 cups water
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig oregano
Cook on the manual "pressure cooker" setting for 22 minutes. Allow to cool without releasing steam.
