It is Simply Good

Please let me know more about this dance! I do not know its choreographer. I have nicknamed it "It is Simply Good" because it appears to be an even more simplified version of It is Good. But I am not sure this guess is accurate history.

The entire dance is done facing inward and holding hands.

Each numbered step takes four beats of music.

  1. Mayim to the left (starting with R foot crossing in front of left foot)
  2. Mayim to the left (starting with R foot crossing in front of left foot)
  3. Step into the circle with R foot, hop on R foot, step into the circle with L foot, hop on L foot
  4. Back out of the circle with four "kick-sway" steps: hop onto R foot while lifting left foot sideways and up, hop onto L foot while lifting right foot sideways and up, hop onto R foot while lifting left foot sideways and up, hop onto L foot while lifting right foot sideways and up
