Here's a second picture involving Napolean.

I actually know little about Napolean. But I liked this picture because it contrasts with many other paintings I saw: the main character does not look like a great conqueror or ideal hero. He looks cold and small. Perhaps he is slightly more comfortable than the people around him, but his expression makes you wonder if he would look equally miserable except that someone just called out, "Look sharp, say cheese!".
