The Louvre

Have you heard the statistics about how many popular songs on the radio are about love? If you visit The Louvre, you soon notice that most of the paintings are about either religion or warfare.

I took a picture of this painting because of all the horses. At my high school, Thacher, I got to care for a horse and do a lot of horseback riding. So I know what horses look like quite well, but still cannot draw them with anywhere near realistic proportions. Thus I was unusually impressed by someone painting realistic horses.
