We recently purchased a Breadman TR2500BC bread machine. It seemed to have the most positive reviews for making gluten-free bread. Here is our second experimental recipe (still in progress!).
Mara is a friend who is allergic to gluten, cow milk, and chicken eggs.
In the bread machine pan combine:
Stir with one of the measuring spoons. Allow the yeast to proof for about 5 minutes, until it is quite foamy. Then add:
Start the bread machine on its Gluten Free setting. After 8 minutes of kneading, check the dough and if too dry or wet add a bit more water or flour.
