This is our dark chocolate brownie recipe, perfect for an evening dessert with vanilla ice cream.
Oil a 9 inch by 13 inch pan.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
In a pyrex measuring cup, melt in the microwave:
(We do four repetitions of "microwave for 30 seconds, then stir", while combining the other ingredients.)
Mix well. Bake for about 30 minutes.
